What to expect from our Graduate Programme

Our Graduate schemes are an investment in you and your career, where you’ll gain a rewarding balance of hands-on experience, on-the-job learning and professional qualifications through a structured and insightful tailored training programme, including involvement in high profile, live business projects, with lots of opportunities to work with senior leaders.

Actuaries sit at the heart of our business – helping us understand risk, set fair prices, manage reserves, and stay financially strong for our customers. Our Actuarial Graduate Scheme gives you the chance to train as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), with everything you need to succeed: fully funded exams, paid study leave, mentoring, and regular salary increases as you progress

On the scheme, you’ll join one of two actuarial pathways – Finance or Risk. While you’ll start in one, some individuals may have the opportunity to gain experience across both areas, reflecting the close links between them. Each team offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact across both our General Insurance and Financial Services businesses.

All Graduates on our Actuarial scheme are based at our Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon, UK.
