XPS Pensions Group plc is the largest pure pensions consultancy in the UK, specialising in pensions actuarial, investment consulting and administration, with revenues of over £110 million. We have over 1,000 employees across 15 locations in the UK.
We offer a challenging career and stimulating work within a professional, friendly and sociable environment and our clients come from a broad spectrum of UK businesses, charities, unions and institutions. We are committed to excellence in the professional services we deliver and our success is derived from resourcing, developing and retaining talented people who feel motivated, rewarded and enthusiastic towards the services we provide, thus helping us to achieve our aims, goals, vision and strategy.
We understand that leaving University and finding your first job can be a daunting experience, but there has never been a more exciting time to join us! We recognise that the success of everything we do depends ultimately on the capability and commitment of our people so we will support you to excel in your role and develop your long term career with us.
We seek to attract, develop, reward and retain individuals who can offer different but complementary attitudes, ideologies, talents and knowledge throughout our business and we understand the importance of appreciating and harnessing the unique skills and backgrounds that each individual brings.
We value diversity and believe that equality strengthens our organisation to better serve our clients and enable our people to realise their full potential.
As a result we are fully committed to ensuring that all our employees, clients, suppliers and job applicants are treated fairly and with respect, irrespective of their actual or assumed background including gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, race, religion/belief or disability. This we do to ensure a working environment in which people are able to give of their best free from harassment, discrimination or bullying.
Following our merger of Xafinity and Punter Southall in January 2018, XPS Pensions Group became the largest purely pension consulting and administration firm in the UK. As the only UK pensions specialist listed on the FTSE we have the flexibility to think and act differently.
We provide pragmatic advice that addresses the specific and often complex challenges faced by UK pensions schemes and their corporate sponsors.
Our approach is to remove jargon and provide clients with the access to the latest technology, so they can monitor scheme funding in real time, test scenarios and manage the range of pension scheme risks they face. This enables our clients to make the best decisions and act quickly and efficiently.
We have benefits of scale – we have very deep experience to draw on, and can invest in solutions for the good of our clients – yet we remain agile, able to respond quickly as the world shifts around our clients.
Our unique structure means that we can make transparent, long-term investment decisions in our business for the good of our clients and pension scheme members.
We advise over 800,000 pension schemes and administer pensions for over 600,000 members. In addition, the solutions that XPS Pensions Group offer are always tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring that their advice is always appropriate.
