XPS Group is a FTSE 250 company and a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions sector and providing wider ranging support to insurance companies in the life and bulk annuities sector. XPS combines expertise, insight and technology to address the needs of over 1,400 pension schemes and their sponsoring employers on an ongoing and project basis. We undertake pensions administration for over 1 million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 83 with assets over £1bn.

Training and development
Helping colleagues identify career paths and access training and development opportunities is important to our continued success as a business, and supports an environment where people can grow and progress. We offer a wide range of technical training at all levels as well as management development programmes. All employees can request additional training alongside anything agreed within their performance reviews, while coaching and mentoring are also encouraged.
Support is provided for employees studying for professional qualifications via bespoke technical programmes across all areas of our business. We continued to support early career talent through our graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
