Then LCP’s Women’s Talent Academy is for you. We are offering female undergraduates a structured mentorship programme which gives you access to an exclusive network of women working within pensions investment consulting. The academy is a tailored series of events to provide insight into the profession and develop your individual skills through an assigned mentor from LCP’s investment consultancy team. Through the programme, we help to prepare you for the transition from a student to a professional.

Due to the current circumstances, we will be hosting the academy virtually. To get the most out of the opportunity, you must be able to attend each event and engage with the mentoring programme.

• 30 September, 5.30-7.30pm: Kick-off event and mentor pairing
• 14 October, 5.30-7.30pm: Inspirational female leaders
• 4 November, 5.30-7.30pm: Life as an Investment Consultant
