LCP is a firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants. We offer internship opportunities in our Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, DC & Financial Wellbeing, Insurance, Business Analytics & Financial Modelling and Pensions Management Consulting departments.

At LCP, the work we do involves assessing the risks associated with future events and advising clients on how much money they should set aside now to be able to cover uncertain payments in the future and how that money should be invested. Working with some of the brightest minds in the business means you will get a real feel of what being a consultant at LCP is really like.

We have high hopes for the interns we recruit each year, as ultimately we want them to advance to our graduate trainee programme. Fortunately there is plenty we can do to support you, and we will go out of our way to ensure you get the best experience here with us.  You will benefit from our in-house training programme and be allocated a buddy to support you during your summer internship.  You will be also be able to take part in the many social and sporting events that we arrange.

We are looking for candidates who are on track to achieve at least a 2.1 honours degree (or equivalent) and who have an A grade in A-level mathematics (or equivalent). Please note you do not need a grade A at A-Level Mathematics for Pensions Management Consulting.  Ideally, applicants would also have A-level grades in other subjects.
