What will you be doing?

Our DC and Financial Wellbeing department help advise trustees and employers on all aspects of their DC pension schemes; from investment strategy modelling and selecting the right investment managers to contribution rates and communication strategies, all to ensure the best possible outcomes for members. We also help companies design employee financial wellbeing strategies using data analytics that help employees with their short and medium term aspirations as well as long term savings, such as pensions. 

As a summer intern, you will be given upfront training to give you an understanding of the work we do, as well as in softer skills such as presentation training.  Alongside this training you will be given opportunities to get involved in a range of client work – gaining an insight into the tools we use to help clients and the way in which we interact with clients as good consultants.
