As part of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join this Business Unit as an Associate Consultant, and we are excited to welcome applications for this role.

What will your role look like?

  • Previous experience of working within the UK Pensions Market, gained in either a DC or DB background.
  • Awareness of the investment options used by DC arrangements.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working with large sets of detailed data and other forms of information
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • A fun and fast-paced working environment, where you are encouraged to collaborate with your colleagues.

We expect those with an interest to be studying towards an industry recognised qualification, such as the IFoA, CFA or other related qualification – or to be open to beginning their journey towards this. We would also be happy for someone to specialise in investment work, in line with studying for an investment qualification.

A more detailed list of requirements for this position is available within the role profile – which is available on request.
