Established in 1999, Quantum Advisory is a firm of actuaries and benefit consultants specialising in providing professional pensions advice and services. We design, maintain and review corporate pension schemes and related employee benefits. We currently have 120 employees working across five office locations, providing services to around 140 clients. We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Our expertise covers the complete range of occupational, stakeholder and group personal pension plans and related employee benefits, ranging from complex final salary arrangements to simplified stakeholder and personal arrangements.
Our team of actuaries undertake pension fund valuations and provide funding analysis and advice, in relation to changes in benefit structure, membership, and/or legislative and economic changes. We also prepare figures for company reporting purposes, advise on liability management and provide training sessions to trustees enabling them to carry out their duties with confidence.
We work closely with our investment team in particular so that we can provide holistic advice regarding pension scheme funding so that our clients can better understand all aspects of risk relating to their arrangements.
