The Investment practice is an area of rapid growth within XPS. We are very ambitious and want to continue growing strongly. Our clients are institutional investors, mostly pension schemes. We advise them on a wide range of investment-related areas, although to be clear, we do not manage any money for our clients or undertake any trading.

We are looking for ambitious graduates who are excited to excel within our growing investment team. By joining XPS you will be involved in both advisory and asset transitions, assisting our clients with the implementation of their strategy and also study for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or actuarial (IFoA) exams. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Assistant Consultant that will excel in a role across both advisory and asset transitions. This role combines excellent communications skills, a passion about investments together with drive and enthusiasm. We also need an individual with strong project management skills combined with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

We want someone who is unafraid to express a view and can express that view clearly, thereby contributing to the investment ideas we rely on to achieve our aims. We want to help you reach your potential and be the best that you can be. By joining XPS you will be involved in a wide variety of work.

  • Employment references (FIVE years)
  • Employment gap verification (Greater than 1 month)
  • Adverse financial history (Detailed)
  • Identity verification and Right to Work confirmation
  • Sanctions/anti-terrorism
  • Basic DBS Disclosure (online process through DDC)
  • Retro employment checks every 2 years
