The Reward, Talent & Communication and Executive Compensation Graduate Programme

This programme offers the chance to work across two complementary teams which aim at a single goal: to enhance organisations’ Reward and Talent proposition, whether for senior executives or the broader employee population. The programme provides you with the opportunity to experience multiple service offerings and develop your knowledge of talent and reward issues on a broad basis. As a graduate in this programme you will be given the opportunity, depending on your desired career focus and skill set, to work across the practice areas within these teams, with the chance to work on projects falling on a wide spectrum from highly analytical to highly creative.

Executive Compensation (EC)

Our team helps organisations make sound decisions about what to pay and how to pay their board members and senior executives.

Rewards, Talent and Communication (RTC)
Rewards & Talent (RT)
We design and implement programmes and processes that touch employees, managers and leaders day-to-day and influence their behaviour, level of engagement and performance.

Communication & Change Management (C)
Our team provides expertise to clients in change management, organisational effectiveness and communication to drive employee engagement and help align behaviour with business results.

Global Financial Services (GFS)

Our teamfocus on providing compensation and reward expertise to premier financial services firms, ranging from all the major universal banks to niche financial services firms.

Global Data Services (GDS)
We help our clients build a competitive compensation plan that aligns with their organisation’s goals and objectives. With our products, they will have the ability to level roles for benchmarking across industry sectors, as well as analyse total cash compensation, long-term incentives, total direct compensation and total rewards.

The Role

You will work as part of a team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will serve as a key resource for the consultant in charge of each of your engagements by performing many intricate aspects of the client work. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for the client. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top consultants on client projects including many household names.

The Requirements

As a minimum, when applying you should meet our entry criteria

  • 2:1 expected degree and 300 UCAS points (across 3 A-Levels or equivalent)
