You will be part of the actuarial team working on our growing client base to deliver services to trustees and sponsoring employers, with a view to you taking increasing responsibility for tasks under the mentoring of more senior members of the team.
You will assist with a wide variety of calculations including individual member calculations, actuarial valuations for pension schemes and company accounting disclosures, as well as with the drafting of actuarial documents and other communications.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved with some non-actuarial consultancy projects, developing our in-house administration models and assisting our administration teams with more complex member cases which will further expand your experience and knowledge.
You will be a part qualified actuarial student with at least 2 years’ experience in a pensions actuarial consulting environment.
We are looking for candidates with a strong mathematical ability, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an aptitude for delivering over and above what is expected. You will also need to demonstrate good communication skills and be a strong team player.
