About the Role

As a graduate working in our Actuarial team, you will help solve key business problems in a complex and fast-moving environment. Our Actuaries play a crucial role in our commercial success, and how effectively we manage our risks.
Relevant candidates will be studying towards becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA). This is a globally recognised qualification and you’ll get lots of support from us to achieve it. The programme includes in-house tutorials and generous study leave.
You will have rotational placements in a variety of business areas and work ranging from financial reporting and risk management, to business planning and developing investment strategy. These will help you meet the IFoA’s Personal and Professional Development requirements. Throughout your placements, you’ll also have the support of your manager, mentors (qualified actuaries), and colleagues who are studying too.

• Development: A series of professional exams to become a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries

About You

We are looking for candidates with either a First or 2:1 degree, or a post-graduate qualification, in an analytically based subject. A minimum grade A in Mathematics at Higher, A Level, Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent. You’ll also need a minimum grade B in English at GCSE, Standard Grade or equivalent
In addition, we are seeking numerate, analytical minds. People with a passion for problem solving, continuous learning and taking responsibility – who communicate well with colleagues at every level.
