What do you find most interesting about your sector?

How broad the work is in the pensions sector. I sit in both the Cyber and AI Specialist team, both of which you wouldn’t think of when first considering a role in pensions.

What top three tips would you give to students considering your career path?

1. Don’t just consider London roles, offices outside of London are often smaller but allow you to build strong relationships with colleagues across different levels.
2. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, no one knows what they are doing when they first start!
3. Research what you can do whilst you are at university that could help you in the role. For example, exemptions for your qualification exams.
