What’s been your favourite moment or achievement at Aon so far?

My favourite achievement at Aon so far was when I presented at a trustee meeting. I was quite nervous beforehand, but the presentation went really well. Everyone was supportive, and it felt great to be involved in the entire process—from drafting the report to presenting it to the trustees. It was rewarding to see my work come full circle and to contribute directly to the client relationship.

 How has Aon supported your development?

Aon provides a lot of support with exams, including dedicated study days and access to helpful tutorials. Beyond technical learning, there’s also a strong emphasis on personal development. We regularly set goals and have follow-up meetings to track progress, which really encourages active growth and helps me stay accountable. This combination of professional and personal support has made a big difference in my development.
