At the Co-operative Banking Group, we’re not only investing ethically and responsibly in the future of our society — we’re investing in our people too. As an analytical thinker with a head for figures, you’ll help shape the future of a growing business that’s as passionate about developing your career as you are.
As an Analyst, we’ll provide every opportunity for you to sharpen your actuarial and communication skills. As part of a highly supportive team, you’ll complete and present MI reports, actuarial analysis and quality assurance of analyses and calculations undertaken within Actuarial Risk. Combining your actuarial knowledge, interpretation of data and understanding of how risk affects the bigger picture, you’ll gain the insight you need to challenge and improve the way we work.
A real problem-solver, you’ll need to be a graduate or equivalent in a numerical or science based subject and hold an A Level in maths. We’re also looking for good time management skills and confidence using Microsoft and specialist actuarial packages. In return, you can expect personal development coaching and plenty of support through your actuarial exams. For Analysts who have completed their exams, there’ll also be real opportunities for you to progress and achieve your potential.
Our vision is to become the UK’s most admired and ethical financial services business. We aim to achieve it by having integrity and continuing to put our customers and communities at the heart of every business decision we make. So, join us in building a better society and visit…
