The Women in business talent academy is a two-day residential course aimed primarily at women looking to gain experience within professional services and a deep insight into the opportunities at PwC.
By attending the academy, you’ll get the opportunity to experience a professional services organisation through the eyes of some of our most successful female leaders, as well as giving you an opportunity to get a taste of what it’s like to work at PwC.
You’ll benefit from a demanding but rewarding course of learning, networking and opportunities to build your skill set. You’ll need a good academic record and we’ll expect you to demonstrate how you’ve used your initiative and team-working skills.

What to expect

• A mix of skills sessions and business awareness workshops and group projects that will help you build on your existing skills and knowledge with the workplace firmly in mind.
• Some fun along the way with a networking evening planned and a lively debate with our female leaders.
