We are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a Non-Life business as they recruit a new Pricing Director to assume responsibility for their Pricing function which covers Personal Lines, Commercial Lines & Speciality Lines.

The Pricing Director will play a central role in driving the future profitability of one of the most recognisable names in the UK General Insurance space and will be expected to be able to produce short and long term plans to generate profitability.

In addition to leading a team of Managers and Analysts, the Director of Pricing will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative new Pricing techniques to ensure our client remain as competitive as possible over the next 5 years.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the General Insurance Pricing space (Any Lines of business is attractive), along with a strong track record of building / leading Pricing teams.
