This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Defined Contribution Consultant to lead an established but growing DC team at a partner-led Consultancy.
This senior role within the business will see you having autonomy and responsibility for managing the DC Consulting team with the option to undertake a lead consultant role as well.
The Head of Defined Contribution Consulting role will see you working directly with Partners to drive and develop strategy. You will be developing existing relationships as well as growing the DC client base.
This role offers a viable path to partnership within an independent, owner-managed employer. This partner-lead Consultancy are a highly flexible employer, with the option for this role to be based from multiple offices across the UK.
