Head of Capital sought by a boutique UK consultancy. Our client are looking for a qualified Non-Life Actuary with around 10 years of Non-Life insurance experience to lead on their Capital deliverables as the Head of Capital.
Due to the sustained growth of our client, they are looking for a Head of Capital to take on some of the responsibilities of the Head of Non-Life and be the main point of contact for Capital related enquiries.
Responsibilities of the Head of Capital:
- Manage the team responsible for all Capital deliverables, across General Insurance and the London Market.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with London Market clients.
- Identify risks and opportunities to the business and be proactive in both maintaining and further developing profitability.
Key Experience of the Head of Capital:
- IFoA (or equivalent) Qualified Actuary.
- Around 10 years of Non-Life experience, preferably in Lloyds/London Market.
- 3+ years of experience in an Actuarial leadership role within Non-Life.
