Sellick Partnership are working with several key clients looking to bolster their GMP Equalisation teams. GMP Equalisation opportunities are available at a variety of levels suitable for Part Qualified or Qualified Actuaries, or those who have stopped studying/not pursued the Actuarial exams.

These GMP Equalisation opportunities can be based from a number of offices on a hybrid basis or on a fully remote basis, as long as you are based within the UK.

There are a number of roles available, meaning the focus of the role can be tailored to your experience. You could undertake a technical role (focused on DB modelling, developing expertise in Excel, VBA and inhouse technology), a consulting role (leading on the delivery of advice to clients and new business activity) or a role combining both elements.

The majority of these GMP Equalisation opportunities can be undertaken as a full-time role or on a split-role basis, enabling you to work in other areas of DB Pensions consulting such as Risk Transfer or traditional advisory work.
