Goodman Masson are working with a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate who are searching for a Lead Research Actuary to join their Analytics team. The role will be project focused where you will be working with internal teams (actuarial and underwriting) as well as external providers in order to improve processes within the Actuarial and Underwriting functions. A key part of the role is understanding what drives risks insurance and coming up with new data sets and methods to enhance pricing and risk selection. The role would have 1 direct report, however dependant on projects this will increase. They are looking for candidates from any general insurance background.
