The role is to contribute to the research and develop the company’s actuarial bases in respect of Longevity, Mortality, Income Protection and Critical Illness products in UK and Ireland.
Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Contribute to basis development work for longevity and protection lines of business
- Assist in the performance of the annual experience analysis exercise of the inforce book of business
- Maintenance of R&D tools and systems
- Other R&D projects as required in the business
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Making good progress with the actuarial exams
Experience required:
- One to three years of experience in an actuarial job (consultancy, insurer or reinsurer)
