Support the development and maintenance of the Biometric Research Team central bases and assumptions
Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Identify and analyse relevant data (including ‘non-traditional’ data attributes as well as experience analyses of the in-force portfolio)
- Conduct research into factors affecting biometric and behavioural risks undertaken by HRUK
- Quantify the impact of emerging risks in relation to central bases and develop and implement solutions to mitigate these emerging risks
- Support the implementation of their Branch Data Strategy, improving access to and use of data, efficient data management and identify improvements to data analytics techniques
Qualifications required:
- Nearly or newly qualified Actuary or statistician with 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience required:
- (Re)Insurance industry experience
- Experience of actuarial and data analysis techniques to analyse biometric data
- Experience in setting demographic assumptions
