Join a Retail Retirement Income team as a Product Pricing Manager to own, manage and develop their new business commercial pricing for their retirement products.
Overview
Responsibilities:
- Recommend commercial pricing changes to the Head of Income for the retirement products to ensure they remain competitive within the market and in line with relevant business objectives
- Support in the production of market and competitor analysis, including competitor pricing strategies, trends and tactics in the UK Retirement Income market
- Produce pricing management information for internal and external reporting requirements and provide any supporting appropriate commentary
- Act as the retirement income pricing subject matter expert within the business
- Support the Head of Income as deputy in propositional activity relating to their income product line
- Contribute to the development of the overall retail business plan
Experience required:
- Good experience in product pricing – either in commercial or personal lines
- Understanding of annuity products or experience within the UK retirement industry (is highly desirable but not essential)
- Experience within the UK financial services or insurance industry
