Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior Correlation and partner leadership teams to ensure pricing evolution supports business strategy
- Provide guidance and oversight to partner pricing teams to ensure delivery of high-quality pricing models
- Provide best practice review of partner pricing models on behalf of their underwriter
- Assist partners with technical analysis and modelling on occasion
- Collaborate with other in-house specialist functions, such as Reserving/Solvency, Data Science, Behavioural Science etc.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal lines pricing
- Extensive Modelling Experience with Emblem/Radar
- Data Management Experience with SAS/SQL/Python/R
- Ability to communicate and articulate complex concepts to a varied audience
- Ability to move quickly and react pragmatically to an ever-evolving landscape
