They are looking for Actuarial Systems Support Manager to join their Actuarial Governance Team to support the development and customer use of the Insurance Risk Suite (Prophet) solution, particularly customers using their managed cloud services in the region and also globally.
Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Support customers and customer-facing teams on Prophet system and environment related topics
- Determine root causes of issues and provide alternative solutions to problems
- Make recommendations to optimise clients use of Prophet with their infrastructure
- Feed back into product, infrastructure and other teams to ensure ongoing product and service improvements
- Review developments in the suite of products covering both actuarial library and system aspects
- Work closely with their client teams to ensure customers get the best experience and service
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or science-based subject
Experience required:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a life insurance department or consultancy
- Have worked with actuarial systems, preferably the Prophet system, for a minimum of 3 years
- A background in insurance or financial services
