With our help, more and more organisations are offering flexible, financial benefits that can be tailored to suit their employees’ lifestyles; it’s an excellent way to reward and retain talent. We’re leading the way in the design, implementation and management of modern financial benefits programmes. In fact, over the years, we’ve been recognised at some of the industry’s most prestigious awards including the 2019 Employee Benefits Provider Award, 2019 Mental Health Initiative Provider of the Year and 2019 Employee Benefit Consultant of the Year.
We’re a business-to-business operation, working with many household names as well as smaller enterprises. Join us, and become part of a global team of experts who are changing the way employees benefit from their roles.
Location: Farnborough
The Role
From the get-go, you’ll meet our clients, learn about their businesses and advise them on employee reward programmes. By helping to deliver expert advice on the issues affecting them, you’ll make a real difference to their businesses and the way they operate.
You’ll take part in a rotational programme, which allows you to spend time in each of our specialist areas before deciding where you want to specialise. You’ll work in health and risk benefits — where you’ll help our clients manage their costs and employee risks, as the cost of providing health-related benefits continues to rise.
Training and Development
Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you the technical knowledge and client management skills you need to succeed.
You’ll be assigned a mentor at the beginning of your career who will meet with you regularly — both during your initial training and beyond — to maintain the momentum of your fast-track progression through the business.
