The world of work is changing rapidly. Economic migration, a rising retirement age and longer working hours all have an impact on our health and wellbeing.

With our help, more and more organisations are offering flexible, financial benefits that can be tailored to their employees’ lifestyles to reward and retain talent. We are a leader in the design, implementation and management of modern, financial benefits programmes. In fact, we have been voted the Best Health & Benefits Advisory Firm for the past five years by readers of Business Insurance magazine.

We are a business-to-business operation, working with many household-name corporations, as well as smaller enterprises. Our innovative, ‘best-in-class’ solutions help clients make decisions on financial benefit design and provisions that optimise their investment while incentivising employees.

Our size and reputation enable us to deliver for our clients in three distinct areas of employee benefits: Health and Risk Benefits; Defined Contribution Pensions; and Communication and Flexible Benefits.

The role

From the very start of your career as a Health & Benefits Consultant, you will be meeting our clients to learn about their businesses and advise them on employee reward programmes. By helping to deliver expert advice on the issues affecting them, you will make a real difference to their businesses and the way they operate.

The Health & Benefits Broking and Consulting Stream has a rotational programme which allows you to spend time in each of our specialist areas before deciding where to specialise. You will work in:

  • Health and Risk Benefits – where you will help our clients manage their costs and employee risks as the cost of providing health-related benefits continues to rise
  • Defined Contribution Pensions – where you will advise our clients on pensions strategies in a continually changing demographic and legislative environment
  • Communication and Flexible Benefits – where you will provide consultancy to our clients on progressive benefits packages which meet both employer and employee needs

Training and development

Your learning and development will be fast paced and hands on to give you the technical knowledge and client management skills to succeed. Early client contact will demand total commitment, but will be exciting and rewarding.

You will be assigned a mentor at the beginning of your career who will meet with you regularly, both during your initial training and beyond, to maintain the momentum of your fast-track progression through the business.
