Actuarial Analyst: Our Actuarial Department is looking to bring on board a motivated Actuary within the Central Team; based from our London office with flexible working benefits. The role would suit someone who is keen to learn, and enjoys analysing and communicating the drivers of claims experience.
The Central team is responsible for Reserving, forecasting performance, and providing valuable insights to various stakeholders to support business decisions covering the Household portfolio. The team plays an essential role in helping the business to understand performance during vastly changing market conditions. In addition, there is also plenty of transformation, IFRS17 and regulatory reporting work, as well as an opportunity to spend time working on Motor and Capital projects through our flexible resourcing model.

Main Responsibilities as an Actuarial Analyst:
- Claims Analysis – taking part in detailed claims investigations to explain trends.
- Quarterly and monthly reporting – delivering high quality reports and analysis.
- Model building – using tools including Power BI, Python, R and more.
- Collaboration – building relationships and supporting the other actuarial teams and wider business.
- Culture – participating positively within a supportive team environment.
Skills and experience you need as an Actuarial Analyst:
