All graduates when they join the firm undergo a period of induction, including attending a main induction event with our other graduates. Training sessions will be given by various members of the Pensions Actuarial Team during your first two weeks.
All our actuarial trainees are assigned a mentor. Your mentor will have regular meetings with you to discuss your progress in both work and study. Your mentor will be a senior member of the team and will be your first point of contact to answer any questions and provide support.
On joining, you will embark upon a series of exams set by the Actuarial Profession with the goal of qualifying as a Fellow of either the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries. Your path to qualification will, with the support of your mentor, be chosen by you.
