Working and studying to pass the actuarial exams will be tough but we offer a comprehensive study scheme that provides excellent financial and study support. In recent years we have seen pass rates well above the national average. In addition to the study scheme our rotation programme ensures trainees get a wide range of experience during their training.
Applicants must have the equivalent of a minimum of a 2:1 degree including a grade ‘A’ in A-Level Mathematics and a strong commitment and motivation to completing the actuarial exams. However we will be looking for much more including good communication, personal planning and organisation skills plus the ability to work closely with others. You will also need to show initiative in applying problem solving and analytical skills. Overall the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, inquisitive, adaptable and a good team player.
