How has Aon supported your development?

Aon has organised a range of training sessions focused on developing both technical and soft skills, which has expanded my knowledge and improved my confidence. I’ve also been given opportunities to stretch and take on new responsibilities. The strong focus on feedback and development has helped me continue to grow in my role.

What’s been your favourite moment or achievement at Aon so far?

My biggest achievement so far was chairing a national information share. This experience helped me grow my confidence in public speaking and learn how to manage contributions from a range of stakeholders.
