According to albior financial recruitment, more top recruiters have started to incorporate psychometric testing into their interview process in order to make more informed decisions about candidates.
Psychometric testing is a general term for tests designed to measure your ability and personality in a variety of aptitudes in order to determine whether you are right for a particular job. These can include:
- A Personality questionnaire
- Aptitude (or ability) tests
- Situational judgement tests
- Diagrammatic reasoning
- Numerical reasoning tests
- Critical thinking tests
- Verbal reasoning
- Inductive reasoning.
